Before loading, we verify the carrier, driver, tractor, and trailer. Pickup numbers and full instructions are released after verification, and shippers confirm MC/DOT, truck/trailer numbers, & driver ID at the dock.
High-value shipments are limited to pre-vetted carriers with proven RWB performance. Carriers are onboarded and continuously monitored in Highway, which verifies authority/ownership, tracks loss patterns, and flags suspicious activity in real time.
MacroPoint GPS tracking is required on all high-value loads and monitored 24/7 with frequent pings. Any loss of tracking or communication triggers immediate escalation, while Highway continues monitoring for emerging risk during transit.
If needed, shipper’s interest coverage can be arranged in advance at the customer’s option. RWB also carries contingent cargo/liability insurance and actively manages claims. We can review limits and responsibilities with your risk or insurance team.
Our cargo theft security protocol has strict qualifications for any high theft or high load value cargo load ($250,000+). Our company utilizes several tools to verify, track, and monitor carriers.
