5.2 The Company’s liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the amount specified in the applicable agreement or as required by law.
5.3 RWB Trucking LLC is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.

6. Insurance

6.1 The Company offers limited liability coverage as required by law.
6.2 Customers may purchase additional insurance for shipments at their own expense.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Customers may cancel services with prior notice as specified in the agreement.
7.2 Refunds will be provided only if cancellation occurs within the agreed timeframe and no services have been rendered.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees.

8. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RWB Trucking LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the Services, including but not limited to violations of applicable laws or regulations.
