2. Services Provided

RWB Trucking, LLC is a freight broker and arranges for brokerage services by motor carriers. RWBTrucking, LLC may subcontract with Carriers including its own affiliates, for the performance of the brokerage services to be provided. RWB Trucking, LLC acts as an intermediary between the Carrier and Customer. RWB Trucking, LLC will. endeavor to assist Customer in thoroughly investigating and efficiently resolving all cargo loss and damage claims with the carrier.

Consumers can opt-in to receive SMS messages from RWB Trucking LLC by texting “start” to +1 630-225-7631 or by providing verbal consent over the phone. The messages will be related to service updates and notifications. Message frequency may vary, with an average of 1-2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, consumers can text HELP, and to unsubscribe, they can text STOP at any time. RWB Trucking LLC will not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information about the shipment (origin, destination, weight, type of goods). Ensure all shipments comply with local, state, and federal laws. Inform us if you are shipping hazardous or perishable materials.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

RWB Trucking, LLC acts as an intermediary between the Carrier and Customer. RWB Trucking, LLC will

endeavor to assist Customer in thoroughly investigating and efficiently resolving all cargo loss and

damage claims with the carrier.

 

6.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RWB Trucking LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services, including violations of laws or regulations.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services if you violate these Terms.

If services are terminated, you must pay all outstanding invoices immediately.
